Char Dham Yatra 2023: The date of opening of doors of all four Dhams announced; the journey will start from this day
The Chardham Yatra will begin in Uttarakhand on April 22 this year. According to the Badri-Kedar Temple Committee, the portals of Gangotri and Yamunotri will open on April 22 on the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya. Purohit Mahasabha President Purushottam Uniyal and Secretary Shri Panch Gangotri Temple Committee Suresh Semwal said that bright and optimistic times would be decided on the Shashti Tithi of Yamuna Jayanti Chaitra Shukla. Along with this, the doors of Kedarnath temple will be opened on April 26. At the same time, the date of opening the doors of Badrinath Dham has also been announced on Thursday. This year the doors of Badrinath will open on April 27 at 7.10 am.
