About Payments:
We take some money as advance payment in order to confirm booking from the customers for our services that they hire. The remaining amount is given back to the customers before they move from their nation or when they come back to India. However, we make sure our customers repay the balance money before the beginning of our services! In fact, we have full rights to decide the amount to take as advanced money according to the nature of services, as well as the time that has gone for the beginning of the services.
However, we take full money as advanced in some cases, such as hotel or resort booking meanwhile the special occasions, such as Christmas, New Year or any festival.
Form of Payment:
The advanced payment is accepted through wire transfer into our bank account, via Mail Authorization using Master/Visa credit cards. Apart from this, after coming to India, the whole payment process can be completed through currency notes, traveler cheques, and a Master/Visa/ American Express credit cards.
Policy about Cancellation/ No Show/ Urgent Departure
In some cases, if the customers ask us to cancel their tours/ traveling services due to any reason, it is essential to inform us in a written manner. When a customer needs to cancel any service or tour, some money is charged as cancellation fees that would be applied since the date we receive in a written way. Cancellation fees would be applicable in the mentioned form:
30 days before arrival- 20% of the advance deposited
15 days before arrival- 30% of the advance deposited
07 days prior to arrival- No Money Refunded
Our Liabilities & Limitations:
Please bear in mind; if there is any hike made by Indian Government to enter monuments, museums, taxes, fuel costs, or even guide charges, it would be taken as extra.
We don’t offer any insurance facility to cover the expenses of an accident, sickness, loss due to burglary or any other reason. It is the responsibility of the customers to take care of their luggage themselves!
